【摘要】:ThispartofISO14469appliestocompressednaturalgas(CNG)vehiclenozzlesandreceptacles,constructedentirelyofnew,unusedpartsandmaterialsforwhichthereisademand,inparticularforlargeCNGurbanbusesofrefuellingtimesequivalenttothoseofurbanbusesdrivenbyconventionaldieselengines.Theproposedconnector,size2,offersalargercrosssectionthantheconnectorinaccordancewithISO14469-1and,therefore,permitsrefuellingofthevehicleswithinsignificantlyshortertimeperiods.Studieshaveshownthattheproposedconnector,size2,offersmorethantwicethemassflowoftheconnectorsspecifiedinISO14469-1.CNGfuellingconnectionnozzlesconsistofthefollowingcomponents,asapplicable:--receptacleandprotectivecap(mountedonvehicle)(seeClause7);--nozzle(seeClause5).ThispartofISO14469appliesonlytodeviceswhichhaveaservicepressureof20MPa[referredtoasC200receptacle,see9.2c)].ThispartofISO14469appliestodeviceswithstandardizedmatingcomponents(see5.8and7.7).ThispartofISO14469appliestoconnectorsthat--preventnaturalgasvehiclesfrombeingfuelledbydispenserstationswithservicepressureshigherthanthevehicle,and--allownaturalgasvehiclestobefuelledbydispenserstationswithservicepressuresequaltoorlowerthanthevehiclefuelsystemservicepressure.ThispartofISO14469isapplicabletocompressednaturalgasinaccordancewithISO15403.AllreferencestopressuresthroughoutthispartofISO14469areconsideredtobegaugepressuresunlessotherwisespecified.Theselectionoftheappropriatestandardizedconnectorisagreedbetweenthevehiclemanufacturerandthecustomer.
