【摘要】:ThispartofISO22088describesaprocedureforassessingtheenvironmentalstresscracking(ESC)susceptibilityofpolymericmaterialsinchemicalenvironmentsbyslowlyincreasingthestrainappliedtoatensilespecimenataconstantrate.Itisapplicabletotestspecimenspreparedbymouldingand/ormachiningandcanbeusedtoassesstherelativeESCsusceptibilityofamaterialexposedtodifferentenvironmentsortherelativeESCsusceptibilityofdifferentplasticsexposedtoaspecificenvironment.Thisisessentiallyarankingtestandisnotintendedfortheprovisionofdesigndata.TheprincipleadvantageofthetestcomparedwiththetestmethodsdescribedinParts2to5ofISO22088istherapiditywithwhichtheESCsusceptibilityofaparticularpolymer/environmentcombinationcanbeassessed.
