【摘要】:ISO(theInternationalOrganizationforStandardization)isaworldwidefederationofnationalstandardsbodies([SOmemberbodies)TheworkofpreparingInternationalStandardsisnormallycarriedoutthroughISOtechnicalcommittees.EachmemberbodyinterestedinasubjectforwhichatechnicalcommitteehasbeenestablishedhastherighttoberepresentedonthatcommitteeInternationalorganizations,governmentalandnon-governmental,inliaisonwithISO,alsotakepartintheworkISOcollaboratescloselywiththeInternationalElectrotechnicalCommission(IEC)onallmattersofelectrotechnicalstandardizationInternationalStandardsaredraftedinaccordancewiththerulesgivenintheISO/IECDirectives,Part2ThemaintaskoftechnicalcommitteesistoprepareInternationalStandards.DraftInternationalStandardsadoptedbythetechnicalcommitteesarecirculatedtothememberbodiesforvotingPublicaSonasanInternationalStandardrequiresapprovalbyatleast75%ofthememberbodiescastingavoteAttentionisdrawntothepossibilitythatsomeoftheelementsofthisdocumentmaybethesubjectefpatentrightsISOshallnotbeheldresponsibleforidentifyinganyorallsuchpatentrightsAmendment1toISO15706:2002waspreparedbyTechnicalCommitteeISOfTC46,Informationanddocumentation,SubcommitteeSC9,Identificationanddescription.ThisamendmentcorrectsthetitletoISO15706:2002toreflectthesplittlngofISO15706intoparts,ofwhichISO15706:2002hasbeenretainedasPart1totheISO15706seriesItalsoclarifiestheencodingofISANasa64bitnumberfortheuniqueidentificationofaudiovisualworksandprovidesbinaryandXMLencodingspecificationsforISANqalsoclari0esthatthetermsregistrantandreglstrationagencyasusedinthispartofISO15706applysolelytotheregistrationofaudiovisualworksEquivalentconceptsfortheregistrationofversionsofaudiovisualworksarecoveredinISO15706-2Othereditoda]changesareincludedtoupdatetheNormativereferencesclauseandtheBibliographyandtoprovidethepropernameandaddressoftheregistrationauthorityforthispartofISO15706.

【摘要】:1.1GeneralThisInternationalStandardmakesrecommendationsfortheimplementationofdesignreviewasameansofverifyingthatthedesigninputrequirementshavebeenmetandstimulatingtheimprovementoftheproduct’sdesign.Theintentionisforittobeappliedduringthedesignanddevelopmentphaseofaproduct’slifecycle.Itprovidesguidelinesforplanningandconductingadesignreviewandspecificdetailsconcerningcontributionsbyspecialistsinreliability,maintenance,maintenancesupportandavailability.1.2ApplicationThestageorstagesatwhichadesignreviewistobeperformedshouldbedeterminedinthedesignanddevelopmentplanningstageofaprojectoradesigntask.Influencingfactorsshouldincludecustomerrequirements,regulatoryrequirements,thesizeandcomplexityoftheproduct,theusetowhichtheproductistobeput,andtheconsequencesoffailure.Thecosttocorrectdeficienciesinadesignandthepotentialconsequencesincreaseasthedesignnearscompletion.Also,asthedesignprogressestowardscompletion,sotheflexibilitytoimplementachangetocorrectadeficiencyortooptimizethedesigndecreases.1.3TypesofapplicationTherearetwotypesofapplication:eitheranin-housecreatedrequirementforanewdesign,oradesignrequirementfromanexternalsource.Inthecaseofthelatter,theriskofamisunderstandingismuchgreater.Anymisunderstandingcouldbecomeacontractualissueanddesignreviewmeetingswiththeclientwillbeofprimaryimportancetoensurethattheemergingdesignmeetstheclient'srequirements.
