【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsfortestingitemsofequipmentintendedforuseonrailwayvehicleswhicharesubsequentlysubjectedtovibrationsandshockowingtothenatureofrailwayoperationalenvironment.Togainassurancethatthequalityoftheequipmentisacceptable,ithastowithstandtestsofreasonabledurationthatsimulatetheserviceconditionsseenthroughoutitsexpectedlife.Simulatedlong-lifetestingcanbeachievedinanumberofwayseachhavingtheirassociatedadvantagesanddisadvantages,thefollowingbeingthemostcommon:a)amplification:wheretheamplitudesareincreasedandthetimebasedecreased;b)timecompression:wheretheamplitudehistoryisretainedandthetimebaseisdecreased(increaseofthefrequency);c)decimation:wheretimeslicesofthehistoricaldataareremovedwhentheamplitudesarebelowaspecifiedthresholdvalue.Theamplificationmethodasstatedina)above,isusedinthisstandardandtogetherwiththepublicationsreferredtoinClause2;itdefinesthedefaulttestproceduretobefollowedwhenvibrationtestingitemsforuseonrailwayvehicles.However,otherstandardsexistandmaybeusedwithprioragreementbetweenthemanufacturerandthecustomer.Insuchcasestestcertificationagainstthisstandardwillnotapply.WhereserviceinformationisavailabletestscanbeperformedusingthemethodoutlinedinAnnexA.Ifthelevelsarelowerthanthosequotedinthisstandard,equipmentispartiallycertifiedagainstthisstandard(onlyforserviceconditionsgivingfunctionaltestvalueslowerthanorequaltothosespecifiedinthetestreport).Whilstthisstandardisprimarilyconcernedwithrailwayvehiclesonfixedrailsystems,itswideruseisnotprecluded.Forsystemsoperatingonpneumatictyres,orothertransportationsystemssuchastrolleybuses,wherethelevelofshockandvibrationclearlydifferfromthoseobtainedonfixedrailsystems,thesupplierandcustomercanagreeonthetestlevelsatthetenderstage.Itisrecommendedthatthefrequencyspectraandtheshockduration/amplitudebedeterminedusingtheguidelinesinAnnexA.Equipmenttestedatlevelslowerthanthosequotedinthisstandardcannotbefullycertifiedagainsttherequirementsofthisstandard.
