【摘要】:1Thisstandardappliestostraddle,palletandplatformpedestrianpropelledstackingindustrialtrucksasdefinedin3.1withcapacitiesnotexceeding1000kg,hereinafterreferredtoas"trucks"equippedwithforkarmsorplatformorotherattachment.Thisstandardappliestotrucksprovidedwitheithermanualorelectricalbatterypoweredlifting.Onboardbatterychargersarepartofthetruck.2Attachmentsandforkarmsarenotdealtwithinthisstandard.3Thisstandarddealswiththetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringcommissioning,operationandmaintenanceoftruckswhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsasintendedbythemanufacturer.Inadditiontrucksshallcomply,forthehazardsnotcoveredbythisstandard,withtheapplicablecompanionstandardsandasappropriatewithEN292.4Thisstandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsfor:-operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeenvironmentalconditionssuchas:freezerapplications,hightemperatures,corrosiveenvironment,strongmagneticfields),-operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres),-electromagneticcompatibility(emission-immunity),-handlingofloadsthenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids/alcalies,radiatingmaterials,speciallybrittleloads),-hazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,decommissioninganddisposal,-hazardsoccurringwhenusingtohandlesuspendedloadswhichmayswingfreely,-hazardsoccurringwhenusingonpublicroads,-windpressureinandoutofuse,-directcontactwithfoodstuffs,-operationongradientsoronsurfacesotherthansmooth,level,hardsurfaces,-winchoperatedtrucks,-liftingsystemsusingbelts,-liftingofpersons,-truckswithoverturningmomentgreaterthan40000Nm.5Otherpossiblelimitationsofthescopeofotherstandardsreferredtothatalsoapplytothisstandard.6Hazardsrelevanttonoise,vibration,visibilityandstaticelectricityarenotdealtwithinthisstandard.7Thisstandardappliestotrucksmanufacturedafterthedateofissue.
