【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoroadsurfacecleaningmachines,whicharedefinedinclause3.Theequipmentwouldnormallybemountedonacarriervehicle(e.g.truck,tractor,constructionmachineryandmobileindustrialhandlingequipment).Itisalsopossibletomountaroadsurfacecleaningmachineonitsownchassisconstructionandpropulsionsystem.Inallcasesthemachineandchassisformanintegralunit.Directivesandstandardsforthevehiculartruckchassisaspect,termed'carriervehicle'inthisstandard,wouldbethoserelativetothatequipment,evenwherespecificmodificationshavebeenmadetorealizetheroadsurfacecleaningapplication.Theuseinpublicroadtrafficisgovernedbythenationalregulations.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardsidentifiedthroughariskassessmentpertinenttoroadsurfacecleaningmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithsignificanthazardsassociatedwithdeletedtextEMC.ThisEuropeanStandardonlyspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazardsassociatedwithmachineoperation,settingandadjustments,loaddischargeandroutinemaintenance.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotincluderequirementsforthecarriervehicles(e.g.truck)orspecialconstructions.Thesearecoveredindirectivesrelatedtotheconstructionofvehicles.Demountablebodyworksystems(e.g.demountablecontainers)arespecifiedinotherstandards.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytoroadsurfacecleaningmachinessuchasfrontmountedtractorbroomsaccordingtoEN13524:2003.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytomachinesorcomponentsthatarespecificallydesignedforcleaningtram-linesandrailtracks.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththerisksassociatedwiththeoperationofmachinesinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospheres.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestomachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.
