【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsformobiledemolitionmachinerythatisdesignedfordemolishingbypushingorpulling,orfragmentingbycrushingorshearing,buildingsand/orothercivilengineeringstructuresandtheircomponentpartsand/orseparatingtheresultantdebris.NOTE1Demolitionmachinescanalsobeusedforseparatingandsortingtheresultantdebris,butthisisnottheirprimarypurpose.NOTE2Wheredemolitionmachinesareusedonpublicroads,thenationaltrafficregulationsapply.Mobiledemolitionmachinerycanbeanearth-movingmachine(seeEN474-1:1994,-3:1996,-4:1996,–5:1996andprEN474-12:1998)equippedwithspecialequipmentandattachmentsfordemolitionwork,forexample,ball,breaker,crusher,hydraulicorfree-fallhammers,jaws.Mobiledemolitionmachinerymaybecontrolledeitherbyaride-onoperatororbyaremotecontrolsystem(seeFigure1).Machinesforspecificapplications,forexample,roadsurfacebreakingmachinesandremotelycontrolleddemolitionmachinesarealsoincludedinthisdocument.Thisdocumentdealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttomobiledemolitionmachinery(seeClause4),whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.Thisdocumentspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.ThebasemachinecanhavethesamesafetyrequirementsasothertypesofmobileconstructionmachineryandthesewillthereforecomplywiththerequirementsoftheEuropeanandInternationalstandardswrittenforothermachines(seenormativereferences).Thisdocumentincludesthoserequirementswhicharenecessaryformobilemachineryonlywhentheyaredesignedtobeusedinthedemolitionprocess.ThisdocumentappliesprimarilytothemachineswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalofthestandardbyCEN.NOTE3Directive94/9/ECconcerningequipmentandprotectivesystemsintendedforuseinpotentiallyexplosiveatmospherescanbeapplicabletothetypeofmachineorequipmentcoveredbythisdocument.ThepresentstandardisnotintendedtoprovidemeansofcomplyingwiththeessentialhealthandsafetyrequirementsofDirective94/9/EC.
