【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestwomethodsforestablishingtheaverageratiobetweenthequantityofoilmeasuredonboardanocean-goingtankervesselandthecorrespondingquantitymeasuredataterminal.Method1iscommonlyusedinthefield.Method2ismorestatisticallyrigorousandistherefereemethodtobeusedincasesofdispute.Eithermethodcanbeusedonloadingthevessel[vesselexperiencefactoronloading(VEFL)]orondischargingthevessel[vesselexperiencefactorondischarging(VEFD)].ThisInternationalStandardappliestoshoreterminalsthatdeterminevolumesreceivedordeliveredusingstatictankmeasurementsordynamicmetermeasurementscarriedoutaccordingtogoodacceptedindustrypractice.Italsoappliestofloatingstorageoroff-shorefacilitiesthatloadocean-goingvesselsusingdynamicmetermeasurementscarriedoutaccordingtogoodacceptedindustrypractice.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletotheassessmentofthevesselexperiencefactorsofbarges.
