【摘要】:Thismethoddeterminesacharacteristictemperatureatwhichcracksareproducedinfilmorthinsheeting,asaguidetoitslow-temperatureperformance.Thecoldcracktemperatureshouldnotbeconsideredidenticalwiththelow-temperaturelimitformaterialsinactualservice,sincethisisinfluencedbytheconditionsofserviceineachcase.Themaximumthicknessdependsonthestiffnessofthematerialandtheabilityofthehammertoflattentheloopofmaterialatthetesttemperature,butisabout1mmforflexiblesheeting.ItisknownthatunsatisfactoryresultsaresometimesobtainedwiththinpolishedplasticizedPVCsheetingandPVCsheetinghavingalowplasticizercontent.
